The Popz Collection is a study in heritage expressed through silhouette. Rooted in the Low Rider culture that shaped Michelle-Louise’s upbringing, the collection draws from generations of family on her paternal side who rode throughout the Southwest, carrying pride and presence in what they wore. Crisp white tees, plaid shirting, gray casual sweats, and khaki chinos are reimagined for the MDR world.

Proportions are heightened with volume and boxy fits softened by a subtle feminine hand. Everyday staples are elevated without losing their ease. The attitude remains effortless, the execution intentional. This season also marks the introduction of MDR accessories. Sterling silver dice earrings nod to the charm that hangs from a rearview mirror, a quiet symbol of cruising culture. A fringe leather belt, inspired by tribal garments seen at the Oxnard College Powwow the designer attended with her father, brings movement and memory into the collection.
