California-born designer Michelle-Louise Del Rio draws on her cultural heritage and research to reinterpret her roots with modern elegance for everyday wear. Influenced by her multicultural upbringing with a Chicano and Indigenous father and a Colombian mother, her designs reflect a unique perspective and storytelling. Originally launched in New York in 2022 as a side project, the brand has grown and now calls Paris home.

To minimize overproduction and encourage mindful consumption, we create our pieces in small batches. Typically, we present a new collection each Spring and Summer, building a thoughtful wardrobe for everyday wear. Our designs are crafted either in our own studio or in collaboration with skilled seamstresses. Select styles are made from surplus materials sourced from luxury houses in Paris, which may feature subtle variations and unique details that celebrate the individuality and character of each piece.
Effective January 31, 2025, items purchased on michelledelrio.com are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of delivery. As a small brand with limited inventory, we can only offer exchanges for the same item. Returns are not accepted.
Sale items are final sale. Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, items purchased during a promotion or sale are not final sale and may be returned for exchange or store credit. Please note that we cannot offer price adjustments for purchases made before or after the promotional period.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original and additional shipping fees are non-refundable, and duties and taxes on international orders cannot be reimbursed. Buyers are responsible for covering all shipping costs, both within the EU and internationally.
We ship every Friday before 3:00 PM GMT. Orders placed after 3:00 PM GMT, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available shipping day.
Please be aware that all pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be modified once submitted. This includes changes to size or color.
