ETHICS & PRODUCTION

To minimize overproduction and encourage mindful consumption, we create our pieces in small batches. Typically, we present a new collection each Spring and Summer, building a thoughtful wardrobe for everyday wear. Our designs are crafted either in our own studio or in collaboration with skilled seamstresses. Select styles are made from surplus materials sourced from luxury houses in Paris, which may feature subtle variations and unique details that celebrate the individuality and character of each piece.
ONLINE EXCHANGE AND SHIPPING POLICY

Effective January 31, 2025, items purchased on michelledelrio.com are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of delivery. As a small brand with limited inventory, we can only offer exchanges for the same item. Returns are not accepted. 

Sale items are final sale. Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, items purchased during a promotion or sale are not final sale and may be returned for exchange or store credit. Please note that we cannot offer price adjustments for purchases made before or after the promotional period.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original and additional shipping fees are non-refundable, and duties and taxes on international orders cannot be reimbursed. Buyers are responsible for covering all shipping costs, both within the EU and internationally.

We ship every Friday before 3:00 PM GMT. Orders placed after 3:00 PM GMT, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available shipping day.
PRE-ORDER / MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

Please be aware that all pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be modified once submitted. This includes changes to size or color. We strongly recommend reviewing our Terms and Conditions thoroughly before finalizing your purchase. By completing a pre-order, you agree to our Terms, as well as our overall Terms, Conditions, and Shipping Policies. You will receive a tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped. 
GARMENT CARE

We always suggest to dry clean, or hand wash with cold water and air dry.
