To minimize overproduction and encourage mindful consumption, we produce our pieces in small batches, either in our own studio or in collaboration with a no-minimum-order team in Colombia. Select styles are crafted using surplus materials sourced from luxury houses in Paris. These fabrics may feature subtle variations, which we embrace as unique details that enhance the individuality and character of each piece.
Effective January 31, 2025, items purchased on michelledelrio.com are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of delivery. As a small brand with limited inventory, we can only offer exchanges for the same item. Returns are not accepted.
Sale items are final sale. Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, items purchased during a promotion or sale are not final sale and may be returned for exchange or store credit. Please note that we cannot offer price adjustments for purchases made before or after the promotional period.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original and additional shipping fees are non-refundable, and duties and taxes on international orders cannot be reimbursed. Buyers are responsible for covering all shipping costs, both within the EU and internationally.
We ship every Friday before 3:00 PM GMT. Orders placed after 3:00 PM GMT, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available shipping day.
